"Home of Poi" - Meet the Shop Team

HoP Warehouse/Manufacturing Team

Tom Tom is computer savvy, and has worked his way into customer support and now stock control. He now studies and works part time at HoP.	Sue Sue is a star at sewing and puts many of our fabric Poi, Flags, Handles and bags together. She has many years of experience working with leather. She has been working at HoP for many years and has a wealth of experience.	Jonah Jonah has been crafting staff/ batons and all things stick like at HoP for many years. He has come and gone over time to follow his other passions with music and sound systems.
Simon Simon is our resident Monkey Fist maker. Fits easily into our welding projects and has a keen eye for detail. He is now our main packer of all things bright and beautiful. Always keen to help others and offer input.	Sherb Sherb is manufacturing team leader and master Poi craftsman. He makes sure all custom jobs are done in a timely manner. He passes on his extensive knowledge onto new staff(people kind) and makes sure our product is top notch. Gives great hugs too.	Sam Sam is one our of newest members. He took over from Dan and is now the Man. You name it and he can make it. What a clever man! that Sam I am.

In the Office

Chris	Chris is our longest serving employee (besides Malcolm) at HoP. He has known Malcolm for over 16 years; Chris had his own company called Burning Statements and then hooked up as part of HoP back in 2003. Chris is our main guy for all enquires about product and spends his day between answering customer e-mails, packing orders and designing and refining products to support all our Hoppers as best and as fast as possible. Any "difficult" enquires/problems Chris will solve it.
Malcolm	Malcolm: You all obviously know Malcolm as the founder of HoP which kicked off in October 1998, but there is more to him than that; - he is our "handyman". If its broke, Malcolm will fix it, if we need it Malcolm will build it, not to mention the castle he has built upstairs of HoP building for Jessie to play in while he is hard at work. Malcolm is very computer savvy and is constantly thinking of new ways to improve our website and our service to all our wonderful HoPpers.
Sam	Sam: Has worked his way into customer support. He is keen to continue HoP's reputation for providing the best online support for our friends and customers.
Alan	Alan: Our Company Accountant. New to the company he has a wealth of knowledge and skill to offer. He helps HoP with its growing pains and expanding markets.
